Gloriana Suarez founded Haven Household after more than five years working as a bilingual nanny across Long Island and New Jersey, caring for infants through school-age children, including twins and multi-child households. She has built lasting relationships with multiple families throughout her career, many of whom she remains in contact with today. She is also the mother of a 13-year-old son, which gives her a personal understanding of children's needs at every stage of development.
Before founding Haven Household, Gloriana spent nine years in human resources and talent acquisition, leading recruitment, screening, and reference verification for organizations across the United States and Costa Rica. She applies that same standard of rigor to every caregiver she places.
